After signing on, the concept design phase begins. Our team will work with you to create detailed floor plans, starting with the main floor, then the upper level(s), and finally, the basement. Throughout this phase, we encourage collaboration, ensuring that each floor plan aligns perfectly with your vision.
Elevation
Design
Once the floor plans are approved, we transition to elevation design. We’ll work with you to create front and rear elevations that capture the essence of your luxury home. Our team meticulously designs all remaining elevations to ensure a cohesive and harmonious architectural style.
Working Drawings
and Blueprint Copies
With your approval of the concept designs for floor plans and elevations, we move on to the final step in our design process. We prepare your working drawings, which are essentially the blueprint copies of your luxury home design. These drawings are intended for submission to the relevant authorities for permit approval.
3D Rendering
(optional)
If desired, you have the option to include a 3D rendering step, where we provide lifelike visualizations of your project to help you see your dream home come to life before it’s built. This step is optional and can be tailored to your preferences.
